Not All Pies Are Made Equal

In Butter We Trust | Here’s what makes Pie Bird pies different from the ones in the freezer aisle.

Crust

🥧 Pie Bird:
Real butter, stone-milled flour, no shortcuts. This is the crust your grandma would’ve made (if she had our recipe).

🛒 Store Pie:
Made to last forever on shelves. Palm oil, preservatives, and very little love.

Ingredients

🥧 Pie Bird:
Seasonal fruit from farms we trust. No fillers, dyes, or stabilizers—just the good stuff.

🛒 Store Pie:
Gelatinous goo with a hint of fruit. If you squint.

Delivery

🥧 Pie Bird:
Fresh, never frozen. Delivered across Seattle with care. Each one baked and packed the same day.

🛒 Store Pie:
Frozen for months, shipped in bulk, then zapped in a warehouse microwave.

Gifting

🥧 Pie Bird:
Wrapped like a present. Handwritten notes included if you’d like to say something sweet.

🛒 Store Pie:
Comes in a plastic shell. Zero magic. Zero message.

Subscription

🥧 Pie Bird:
Every month is a surprise. New flavors, limited-edition drops, and VIP perks for our Pie Club members.

🛒 Store Pie:
No subscription. No fun. Just the same pie every time.
