Why We Bake Like it Matters
Pie Bird Bakeshop is a woman-owned, Seattle bakery specializing in both sweet and savory pies. We are known for our tender, buttery pie crust and our not-too-sweet fillings. We use European-style butter and A LOT of it which we cut into stone-milled flour from Washington's Skagit Valley. We proudly source 90% of our produce from small local farms and bake seasonally to celebrate Washington's agriculture. We can't wait to see you at our Ballard pie shop, our farmers market locations, or at your front door with your monthly Pie Club delivery.

When do Pie Club deliveries go out?
Pies are delivered around the 15th of each month. You’ll get an email confirmation with exact timing based on your location.
Can I send a pie as a gift?
Yes! Just enter the recipient’s name and address at checkout. You can also include a custom message — we’ll handwrite it on a tag.
What if I want to skip a month?
No problem. You can pause or skip a delivery anytime by logging into your account or emailing us directly.
Do the pies contain preservatives?
Never. Every pie is made fresh with real ingredients — no preservatives, no shortcuts, just good butter, local fruit, and care.
Do you offer corporate or bulk gifting?
Yes! We work with companies, realtors, and teams for bulk orders, thank-you pies, and client gifting. Contact us to get started.
